As 2023 comes to an end, we would like to take a moment to thank you for your support this year. We are pleased to announce that because of your commitment to our organization, we now have the title of Non-Profit Organization of the year by the Greater Woodbury Chamber of Commerce!

In 2024, The Arc Gloucester will continue to dedicate resources to updating our Achievement Centers. These person-centered day programs are designed to foster growth and development. Through gaining new skills, individuals can discover greater independence and express personal choice while volunteering and enjoying time in their chosen community.

Thanks to donors like you, The Arc Gloucester is able to provide these programs which make a monumental difference in the lives of the individuals served. We are proud to offer a unique and personalized experience to each person attending our Achievement Centers.

When asked what she loves most about her day program, Michele said she enjoys spending time in the garden room and watching the plants bloom. In the spring, her day program wanted to do an art project and choose poppies for their theme. They submitted the art into the Gloucester County Senior Art Gallery Show. Michele was brought to tears when she was given an award from the State of NJ and Gloucester County. “The Art Gallery was great! I started to cry because my mom and sister were going to be so proud.”

Jeffery, who attends our Supported Employment Small Group Program, told us “I like the program because it’s fun and I can mow the lawns in a straight line. After we’re done, they get to go to Wawa for snacks. They’re delicious.”

In 2024 The Arc Gloucester will continue our mission to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to achieve their highest potential through advocacy, education, and quality services.
